Welcome to Syntharé™ ("Service"), operated by JupiterMonroe Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Syntharé, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Syntharé, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Syntharé is an AI-powered marketing campaign generator that:

• Generates marketing campaigns using AI (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Creates multi-platform content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Stores brand intelligence data you provide
• Provides marketing consultation via AI "Marketing Guru"

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Abuse or exploit the Service

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

• Trial: 3 free campaigns (limited features)
• Starter: $57/month - 6 campaigns, 1 brand
• Growth: $117/month - 20 campaigns, 3 brands
• Pro: $317/month - 60 campaigns, 10 brands

Payment Terms

• Billing is monthly via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You MAY use Syntharé to:

• Generate marketing campaigns for your business
• Create content for your clients (agencies)
• Store your brand intelligence data

You MAY NOT:

• Generate illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to spam or harass
• Generate content that violates advertising platform policies (Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Resell or redistribute Syntharé's output as a competing service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of:

• Brand intelligence data you provide
• Campaigns generated using Syntharé

By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service (i.e., generate campaigns for you).

Our Platform

Syntharé's code, design, branding, and AI prompts are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

7. AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimers:

• Not Legal or Financial Advice: AI-generated campaigns are for marketing purposes only
• Review Before Use: You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI output
• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI can make mistakes or generate inaccurate information
• Platform Compliance: You must ensure campaigns comply with advertising platform rules (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• No Guarantees: We don't guarantee campaign performance, conversions, or ROI

8. Third-Party AI Services

Syntharé uses OpenAI and Anthropic APIs. By using our Service, you agree that:

• Your brand data may be sent to these AI providers
• These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for how third-party AI services process your data

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Syntharé is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JupiterMonroe Corp from any claims arising from:

• Your use of Syntharé
• Your violation of these Terms
• Campaigns you generate and publish
• Infringement of third-party rights

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update these Terms (we'll notify you of significant changes)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in [Your Jurisdiction] courts.
